CAREER HIGHLIGHTS: Mr. Johnson currently is the CEO for Safe Gaming System™, Inc., a software-oriented company based in Las Vegas, NV that provides a comprehensive consumer protection package for gamblers. Recently, he also headed the Academic Affairs functions for a major university in the Las Vegas Area, where administered all the academic programs, supervised the faculty, was responsible for student affairs, and taught many classes in electronics, physics, digital design, and math. In former business activities, he led talented and motivated professionals
to create successful enterprises, both large and small. Earlier in
his career, he held managerial and executive positions with three
(3) Fortune 100 companies - AT&T, GTE, and PG&E. He is a Registered Professional Electrical Engineer and was appointed by the Governor to serve the public interest on the California Engineers' Board for several years in the 1990's. He was the President of the California Board during 1994-95 where he traveled extensively, speaking to college students and large technical organizations in support of professional registration. He holds two patents and a product trademark for software-based systems and has authored several technical papers and articles. He has consulted internationally in building communications networks in Europe and Southeast Asia and created a landmark working agreement for his former Fortune 100 employer with Taiwanese technology companies.
